This home is centrally located only 10-15 minutes over from the beautiful Franconia Notch area, Bretton Woods, The Cog Railway, Mount Washington, Crawford Notch and 20 minutes to Lincoln so you can enjoy Whales Tale, Clark's Trading Post, Santa's Village, a scenic drive on the Kancamangus, the Flume Gorge, hiking Franconia Ridge, and all the other plentiful natural wonders and ski resorts of the White Mountains. Location doesn't get any better, located 1.75 hrs North of Manchester NH & 2.5 hrs from Boston in the heart of the White Mountains. It’s a 7 minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort & 13 minutes to Cannon Mountain. It’s a 10 minute drive to the quaint town of Bethlehem and 25 minutes to the town of Littleton with all amenities, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreens, TJ Max, diners and cafes. 40 minutes to Santa's Village, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Rd. 15 minutes to the Flume Gorge, 22 minutes to Whale's Tale Waterpark, and 10 minutes to the world famous Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Snowboard, ski, flyfish, swim, hike, hunt, mountain bike, snowmobile, or just enjoy the sites of this great New England Region. We have a zero-tolerance policy for loud parties or disturbances. Any violations may lead to local authorities asking guests to leave, with no refund, per new city ordinances targeting short-term rental parties. 🏡 Please note the Main House next door (across the garage) may or may not be occupied during your stay. For larger groups, consider renting the entire property to enjoy full access to both units. ➕ An optional private suite with a King bed is available for an additional charge, accommodating up to 2 extra guests. 🐾 Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $75 pet fee. Concord Coach Lines has a stop 20 minutes from the house with daily direct bus access to Boston (South Station and Logan Airport). Check their website for full schedule and locations. Also, 10-20 minutes away is a Super Market, WalMart, restaurants, and shopping areas. Near the house, 5 min away, there is a popular deli and market called Yaya's serving up amazing subs, sandwiches, and pizza. Also convenient for bread, eggs, milk, beer, snacks, etc.. in case you need to quickly grab something. Uber and Lyft service is limited, local taxi is your best option.
