The main house is 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and the guest house is 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms. Main House Layout: 1st floor: A master bedroom with a king bed & its own full bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, laundry room, garage, sun room, and screened-in porch. 2nd floor: There are two bedrooms each has a queen bed, one also has a twin bed, and they share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the backyard. Basement: Contains 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The other with a full-size day bed with a pull-out trundle, that can sleep an additional 3-4 people. Game room complete with TV, pool table, couches, Bluetooth speaker, Foosball table, and board games. The current setup lets you comfortably sleep 12-14 people in the main house. Sleeps 16 if you use the air mattress provided and couches. The guest house which is attached to the main house through the garage contains an additional 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 2 full baths, one of which is attached to one of the bedrooms, and a living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen, and laundry room. You can sleep 4 people here. The entire property can comfortably sleep 16 people, not including the couches or air mattresses. If your group needs additional space, a private Suite with a king-size bed can be added to your reservation for an additional charge.
